A new school year begins, but the excitement surrounding #dontcrosstheline continues: Dani faces criticism following her World Championship victory and becomes the target of the media, fans and classmates. Nawal fights to make a comeback after an injury, Nikki pursues ambitious goals, Georg unexpectedly becomes a queer role model, and Luca discovers a new world through freerider Fabienne. New horizons are opening up for Steffi too.

Then comes the turning point: the school is to be closed down. Who is behind this, and can the champions save their school without losing their dreams? For it has long since become unclear whether they all still share the same dream. Everything is at stake – both in sport and emotionally.

At the same time, personal conflicts – love, betrayal, fears about the future – come more sharply into focus. The sporting competition remains present, but the bigger question is: what price is success worth?
