Tatort The Art of War

TV – Movie, Crime Scene Series, 90 minutes

On the outskirts of Vienna, a horrific murder of a Turkish businessman takes place. The cruelty of the perpetrators, who also tortured their victim, leads Moritz Eisner (Harald Krassnitzer) and Bibi Fellner (Adele Neuhauser) to suspect possible links between the man and organized crime. When Eisner, in the course of investigating the colleague in charge (Kristina Sprenger), comes across a young Ukrainian woman (Janina Rudenska) who had been forced into prostitution in the murder victim’s house for years, the investigators seem to be on the trail of a human trafficking and smuggling ring that has apparently been bringing illegal asylum seekers to Austria for years in order to exploit them in the most brutal way. When Andy Mittermeier (Michael Fuith), a violent pimp who has just been released from prison and an old acquaintance of Bibi’s from the red-light scene, also turns up in the vicinity of the murder victim, the case takes a surprising turn that could end fatally for the two investigators.

With Harald Krassnitzer, Adele Neuhauser, Hubert Kramar, Kristina Sprenger, Janina Rudenska, Michael Fuith, Daniel Wagner, Thomas Stipsits, Tanja Raunig, Günter Franzmeier, Simon Schwarz, and many more.
