On January 15, 2018, filming started on the six-part ORF series M – Eine Stadt sucht einen Mörder, directed by David Schalko. The filming takes place mainly in Vienna and its surroundings.

In addition to Sarah Frick and Christian Dolezal, Verena Altenberger, Gerhard Liebmann, Dominik Maringer, Bela B and Lars Eidinger are also in front of the camera for M- Eine Stadt sucht einen Mörder.
